Reservations are confirmed until the time of your booking, unless otherwise discussed. Depending on demand, we reserve the right to let go of your table 15 minutes after the time of your scheduled reservation. If you are running late, please let us know.

Please be advised that reservations are subject to a two hour seating time. We kindly ask that our guests recognize this policy in consideration of the reservations of other patrons. If you feel that your party will need more time to dine, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that credit card information will be taken for larger groups to secure and hold the reservation. Groups of 8 or more are required to participate in one of our sharing menus. Options can be sent via e-mail. If, for any reason, there are members of the group who are unable to attend, and we have not been notified of the change, the party will be charged for the FULL amount of set menus that was confirmed.

An 18% gratuity will be added to tables of 6 or more. A 20% gratuity is applicable to groups of 13 or more. We are happy to split bills for any size group. Please advise your server when seated. Please be advised that we do not accept American Express.

Since we are a small restaurant, please note that your reservation may be subject to seating at our communal dining table or high top bar tables, unless you have specifically requested otherwise. We will try our best to accommodate all requests.

Private Dining Room

Our private dining room is a Malacca inspired space with floor to ceiling shutters, blue tiled walls, and rustic South-East Asian artifacts. A long wooden communal table is available for parties of up to 14 people. Please book in advance.

We provide set menu options for your party to allow for a stress free, shared dining experience. These sharing menus are priced between $40.00pp - $55.00pp. Please e-mail us to view set menu options. Menus can be designed around any special requests; pricing for these will vary depending on the terms discussed. We are able to accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies in your group, without disrupting the menu for the rest of the party; please notify us in advance so that we can be ready for your reservation. Credit card information will be taken to confirm and hold your reservation. Parties are able to cancel up to 72 hours in advance; after this point, we will take a non-refundable deposit of $300.00-$500.00 on the credit card, depending on the size of your party. If, for any reason, there are members of the group who are unable to attend, and we have not been notified of the change, the party will be served and charged for the FULL amount of set menus that was confirmed. 

 

On Friday and Saturday evenings, there is a $600.00 minimum spend per seating that will be discussed upon booking.

Soos is closed Mondays and Tuesdays, but we are always available for private functions or catering. Please call or e-mail to inquire.
